The Air Resources Board has posted the Second 15-Day Notice of
Public Availability of Modified Text and Availability of
Additional Informaion for the Proposed Regulation for the AB 118
Air Quality Guidelines for the Air Quality Improvement Program
and the Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology
Program . These documents and the associated formal regulatory
materials can be accessed from our website at the address:

The modifications are open for public comment until April 30,
2009.
