The staff of the Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) invites all interested parties to review the proposed amendments and clarifications to the Verification Procedure, Warranty and In-Use Compliance Requirements for In-Use Strategies to Control Emissions from Diesel Engines (the Procedure). These amendments will be discussed at a public workshop to be held on June 23, 2009 in El Monte.
