What's New List Serve Post Display

Comments are due this Friday, July 3, 2009, for regulatory
amendments to the air cleaner regulation discussed at the June
12, 2009 workshop.   Written comments should be submitted to
aircleaners@listserv.arb.ca.gov. Email submittal is strongly
preferred; however, those who prefer may submit hard copy
comments to:

Because we have not yet been able to post the clarifications to
the test protocol (UL CRDs), we will announce an extended
deadline only for comments on the UL CRDs when we post them.   

Also, we have posted a SAMPLE LETTER for manufacturers to use in
notifying their distributors and retailers about our regulation,
as required in Section 94807 and a SAMPLE LABEL that would meet
the requirements of Section 94806 of the regulation. These are
available at

Both are posted to assist with meeting the requirements of our
regulation.
