An Enforcement Advisory has been issued for owners and operators of mobile cargo handling equipment at ports and intermodal rail yards. The advisory contains important updated information regarding retired equipment still left on-site after the required compliance date. The advisory also provides additional information regarding the regulatory changes affecting owners and operators of sweepers and mobile cranes (not including rubber-tired gantry cranes).
