We have posted the Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text
and Availability of Additional Documents for the Proposed
Regulation to Implement the Low Carbon Fuel Standard. The notice,
modified text, and additional documents can be accessed from our

The modifications and additional documents are open for public
comment until August 19, 2009.  Your comments should only address
the proposed modifications and additional documents.
