The Air Resources Board (ARB) invites you to participate in the
4th public workshop to discuss the proposed AB 32 Cost of
Implementation Fee Regulation. 

This workshop is to discuss changes to the regulation that are
being considered in response to the June 25, 2008 Board hearing
and stakeholder input.  The public comment period for proposed
regulation has remained open.

Health and Safety Code Section 38597 (AB 32) authorizes ARB to
adopt by regulation a schedule of fees to be paid by sources of
greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) to support the administration
costs of implementing AB 32.

When and Where is the Meeting?
The workshop will be held at the following location:

Meeting Topic Details
The purpose of this workshop is to discuss with stakeholders
ARB’s conceptual approach to modifying the proposed fee
regulation that was released for public review in May, 2009. 
Topics to be covered pertain to fee collection specifics and to
the point of regulation for electricity, transportation fuels,
and other fuel uses.
