Change to the Verification Procedure Amendments Board Hearing Date. Air Resources Board staff was originally scheduled to present proposed amendments to the Verification Procedure, Warranty and In-Use Compliance Requirements for In-Use Strategies to Control Emissions from Diesel Engines to the Board at its October 2009, meeting in Sacramento. However, consideration of this item by the Board has been delayed, and the Board will now tentatively consider staff’s proposed amendments at its January 28-29, 2010, meeting. The January 2010, Board meeting is currently scheduled to take place in Sacramento, California at the California Environmental Protection Agency Headquarters building located at 1001 I Street, Sacramento, California 95814. The public notice and Initial Statement of Reasons will be available to the public 45 days before January 28, 2010.
