Phase 3 Reformulated Gasoline Predictive Model Procedures Guide Clarification. An Enforcement Advisory has been posted to clarify which Predictive Model equations CARB will use to determine compliance with the Phase 3 California Reformulated Gasoline regulations (CaRFG3). The advisory relates to incorrect coefficients in the Predictive Model equations in the August 7, 2008 version of the Predictive Model Procedures Guide.
