The Air Resources Board has posted the Second 15-Day Notice of
Public Availability of Modified Text for the Proposed Regulation
to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Vehicles Operating with
Under Inflated Tires. These documents and the associated formal
regulatory

The modifications are open for public comment until January 27,
2010.
