The Air Resources Board has posted the Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text for the Proposed Repeal of the 2007 Amendments to California's Emission Warranty Information Reporting and Recall Regulations (EWIR) and Readopt the Prior EWIR Regulations and Emission Test Procedures. The Notice and Modified Text can be accessed from our website at the following website address: http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2009/ewirpsip09/ewirpsip09.htm The modifications are open for public comment until February 9, 2010. Your comments should only address the proposed modifications.
