ARB, BAR to discuss proposed Smog Check upgrades tomorrow

SACRAMENTO:  Tomorrow, representatives of the Air Resources
Board and the Bureau of Automotive Repair will provide an
overview on proposed changes to the state’s Smog Check program
that will save consumers time and money and further reduce air
pollution throughout the state.
