What's New List Serve Post Display

The Air Resources Board has posted the 15-Day Notice of
Public Availability of Modified Text for the Proposed Regulation
AB 32 Cost of Implementation Fee Regulation and Amendment to the
Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas
Emissions.  

ARB has also made available references used in development of
the Regulation.  These documents and the associated formal
regulatory materials can be accessed from our website at the
address:

The modifications are open for public comment until March 15,
2010.
