The Air Resources Board invites you to attend the second public workshop on modifications to the Clean Fuels Outlet regulation (California Code of Regulations Title 13, Chapter 8). Modifications are warranted to address the near-term needs for alternative fueling infrastructure brought on by increasing numbers of zero emission vehicles (ZEVs) mandated under the ZEV regulation. During this workshop, staff will provide an overview of the progress and challenges associated with implementing alternative fuel infrastructure in California. Staff will also provide more detail on the proposed regulatory changes, address questions and concerns raised at the April 1, 2010 workshop, and solicit public comments.
