This notification is to inform interested parties of the near-term revisions to the Lower-Emission School Bus Program (LESBP) Guidelines and Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program (CMP) Guidelines. These revisions were recently approved by the Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) at a public hearing in Sacramento, California on March 25, 2010. Mail-out #MSC 10-24 presents these near-term revisions and is available for viewing and download (pdf) at the Carl Moyer Program Advisories page.
