The effective date for the Proposed Regulation to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Vehicles Operating with Under Inflated Tires has been changed. The new effective date is September 1, 2010. The Modified Regulatory Language for the Third 15-day Comment Period has been posted. The deadline to submit public comment is July 6, 2010.
