On July 30th, 2010 the staff of the Air Resources Board and the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions at Duke University will host a public meeting to discuss sector-based crediting and subnational Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD) in a California cap-and-trade program. Presentations and the meeting agenda are posted at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/capandtrade/meetings/meetings.htm#publicmeetings We have extended the end time to allow for additional stakeholder engagement.
