The Air Resources Board has posted the 15-Day "Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text for the Public Hearing to Consider Proposed Amendments to the Statewide Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP) Regulation and the Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) for Diesel-fueled Portable Engines.
