ARB Course 511, Diesel Exhaust After-treatment Device Training.
The Air Resources Board’s Training and Compliance Assistance
Program will be conducting training classes on diesel exhaust
after-treatment devices. This is Course 511 in the training
program and entitled “Diesel Exhaust After-treatment Device
Training”. This year the class is scheduled to be held at
Riverside, North Coast, Oxnard and Siskiyou. If you are
interesting in attending a class please contact the course

Cargo handling equipment is used to transfer goods or perform
maintenance and repair activities and includes equipment such as
yard trucks (hostlers), rubber-tired gantry cranes, top handlers,
side handlers, forklifts, and loaders, just to name a few. The
Regulation for Mobile Cargo Handling Equipment at Ports and
Intermodal Rail Yards was adopted in December 2005 to reduce
diesel particulate matter in communities located near ports and
intermodal rail yards. Additional information on the regulation
