What's New List Serve Post Display

There is a new Air Resources Board List Serve for Manure
Management as it relates to Assembly Bill 32 (AB 32).

AB 32, the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006,
creates a comprehensive, multi-year program to reduce greenhouse
gas emissions in California. Manure Management is one of many
measures that will be considered as part of the State's strategy
for achieving greenhouse gas reductions under AB 32.
