arbcombo -- Topic 5 Outline for April 26 Advisory Panel Meeting

The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff has posted a draft outline of Topic 5, Ultralow Carbon Fuels. The purpose of this outline is to give the Panel an idea of how staff intends to bring our assessments to the Panel. This outline and similar outlines will eventually be used to develop the white papers/chapters of the review report due to the Board in December 2011. This outline has explicit placeholders for panel input; however, the entire document is open for input and assistance from the panel. We will briefly discuss the concept of the outlines as the final agenda item at the meeting.
