arbcombo -- Re-Bid Request for Proposals - Direct Loan Program to Assist Small Trucking Fleets

The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) is reposting its solicitation for proposals for the ARB’s Direct Loan Program. The primary objective of this Re-Bid Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Contractor, a financial institution as defined in the RFP, to assist ARB in implementing a low-interest financing program for small trucking fleets. The main components of the ARB Direct Loan Program that the Contractor will be responsible for include: static pool loss methodology, outreach activities, loan application evaluation, loan documents preparation and signing, and loan default management.
