The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) reposted its solicitation for proposals for the ARB’s Direct Loan Program on June 2, 2011. The ARB has now released Addendum 1 for the 2011 Direct Loan Program RFP No. 10-622. Addendum 1 replaces the prior solicitation released on June 2, 2011, with a revised version that clarifies certain requirements within the RFP. Please disregard the prior version of the solicitation. It is the Proposers’ responsibilities to completely review the revised version of the RFP to ensure that submitted proposals are responsive to the RFP requirements. In addition, Addendum 1 contains ARB’s responses to questions submitted by prospective Proposers.
