The Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA) will convene a public meeting of the California Environmental Policy Council (CEPC) at the time and place indicated below to consider the results of studies completed for the multimedia evaluation as required by the California Health and Safety Code section 43830.8, and other relevant information. The meeting will constitute the CEPC’s consideration of the environmental evaluation of the use of Viscon-treated diesel fuel in California.
