September 22, 2011 to consider adoption of amendments to the
Regulation for Mobile Cargo Handling Equipment at Ports and
Intermodal Rail Yard.

physically submitted at the meeting, must be submitted on or
after August 8, 2011 and received no later than 12:00 noon on
