ARB 2006 Consumer and Commercial Products Survey, including Aerosol Coating Products (2006 survey) has been posted. This message is to inform you that the 2006 Survey has been posted to the following website: http://www.arb.ca.gov/consprod/regact/2006surv/2006surv.htm The Air Resources Board (ARB) is in the process of conducting a survey of consumer, commercial, and aerosol coating products that were sold with intention for use in California during Calendar Year 2006. This survey represents part of ARB's effort to evaluate the feasibility of further reducing volatile organic compound (VOC), reactive organic compound (ROC), and/or greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from consumer products and update our emissions inventory. Please note that the Preliminary Form, which was mailed to over 5000 members of our mailing list and can also be found at the website above, must be completed and returned to the ARB by August 14, 2007. The Preliminary Form will help you determine if it is necessary for you to complete the additional survey forms. The completed survey forms (1-4) must be postmarked no later than November 21, 2007. An interactive electronic version of the survey is being offered for filling out the forms. Contact Trish Johnson to request a CD containing the electronic forms. To assist you in completing the survey, we will be conducting a webcast survey training session on Thursday, August 30, 2007 from the Sierra Hearing Room of the Cal/EPA Headquarters Building in Sacramento, California. Additional information about this training session will be emailed and posted to our website prior to August 30th.
