The California Air Resources Board has posted the Second 15-Day "Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text for the Proposed Amendments to the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions." The modified text and the additional documents are open for public comment until September 27, 2011.
