What's New List Serve Post Display

The Conflict of Interest and Notification of Verification
Services (COI/NOVS) form has been updated to reflect changes in
the Mandatory Reporting Regulation.
 Several changes have been made to the form.  Some of the changes
include the following:
The list of high conflict activities in Section VIII of the COI
form has been updated to reflect the regulatory changes in
section 95133(b)(2).
The form may now be used to submit multiple reporting entities
(by the same operator).

You may submit the COI form before verifier training in March,
but verifications cannot begin until after verifiers are
re-accredited by ARB after the training.  Please contact ARB
staff with any questions regarding the new COI/NOVS form.

manager of the GHG Verification Section at ARB, and David Edwards
is now the manager of the GHG Reporting Section.
