What's New List Serve Post Display

ARB has posted the 15-day Notice of Public Availability of
Modified Text for the Proposed Amendments to the Small Off-Road
Engines/ Off-Road Diesel Tier 4 Engines and Off-Road
Certification Fuel-Related Regulations and Test Procedures. 

Staff has amended the regulations and test procedures to
incorporate the changes directed by the Board.  The modified
regulatory language, with these amendments, is now available to
the public for comment for a period of fifteen days ending on 
April 10, 2012.  The proposed amendments are available online at
the following ARB internet site under the subheading “HEARING
ACTION AND SUPPLEMENTAL 15-DAY NOTICES”:

Written comments will only be accepted on the modifications
identified in this notice and may be submitted by postal mail or
