The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff has posted
preliminary draft carbon intensity values and detailed model
inputs used to estimate these values for the July 12, 2012 LCFS
public workshop to discuss lifecycle assessment of crude oil
production.  The draft documents can be found at the Low Carbon
Fuel Standard Program Meetings webpage:
