The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) invites you to participate in a public workshop on Thursday, August 30, 2012, to discuss amendments to the Interim Certification Procedures for 2004 and Subsequent Model Hybrid-Electric Vehicles in the Urban Bus and Heavy-Duty Vehicle Classes (interim procedures). The meeting notice is available at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/mailouts/msc1213/msc1213.pdf. The meeting agenda will be available several days before the meeting at: www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/onroadhd/hdhev/hdhevtesting/hdhevtesting.htm At the meeting, staff will seek input on potential amendments to the interim procedures to better align with the federal voluntary procedure and measure criteria pollutant and greenhouse gas emissions from a variety of heavy-duty hybrid vehicles.
