ARB has released the Auction Notice for the California Cap-and-Trade Program Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Allowance Auction on November 14, 2012 (“Auction Notice”). The Auction Notice is posted on the ARB website at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/capandtrade/auction/auction.htm. The November 14, 2012, GHG allowance auction will offer year 2013 current vintage allowances and year 2015 future vintage allowances for sale. The November 2012 auction is scheduled to take place from 10:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) until 1:00 PM PT. The Auction Notice provides information about eligibility, auction format and procedures, and participation requirements. Questions regarding the bidding process can be sent directly to the Auction Administrator Support Team at auctionsupport@markit.com.
