The Air Resources Board (ARB) has posted the Third 15-day Notice
of Public Availability of Modified Text and Availability of
Additional Documents and Information for the Proposed Amendments
to the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Regulation (Third 15-Day
Notice). 

The Third 15-Day Notice and Modified Regulation Order are
available online at the following ARB website:

The modified text and availability of additional documents are 
open for public comment until October 2, 2012

Written comments will only be accepted on the 15-day
modifications and additional documents identified in this notice
and may be submitted by postal mail or electronic mail submittal
as follows:

The Low Carbon Fuel Standard, a regulation to reduce the carbon
intensity of fuels sold in California ten percent by 2020, is one
of the measures adopted by the California Air Resources Board,
pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 38500-38599 (AB 32)
to reduce greenhouse gases in California.  It is designed to help
clean the air, protect the environment, and drive the development
of clean, low-carbon fuels to improve California's energy
security and energy independence.
