The Air Resources Board (ARB) announces Release 2 of the Compliance Instrument Tracking System Service (CITSS). This release of the application adds features and functionality to manage compliance instruments (allowances and offset credits). No action is required by registered CITSS users to gain access to the new CITSS features.
