The California Air Resources Board will make available the "2013 Annual Auction Reserve Price Notice". It specifies the 2013 Auction Reserve Price and the number of allowances to be auctioned in 2013 for the quarterly auctions as part of the Current Auction and Advance Auction. The notice will be published on the ARB website at 12:00 pm Pacific Time on Monday, December 3, 2012. The notice will be posted on ARB’s website at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/capandtrade/auction/auction.htm.
