The Air Resources Board posted the 15-day "Notice of Public Availability of Amendments to the California Cap on Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Market-Based Compliance Regulation to Allow for the Use of Compliance Instruments Issued by Linked Jurisdictions.” The notice and associated regulatory materials can be accessed from our website at the address: http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2012/capandtrade12/capandtrade12.htm The modifications are open for public comment until April 6, 2013. This item will be heard at a Board hearing on Friday, April 19, 2013.
