The Air Resources Board (ARB) has posted the 15-day Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text for amendments to California’s Verification Procedure, Warranty, and In-Use Strategies to Control Emissions from Diesel Engines. The 15-day notice, proposed 15-Day Modifications, and all previously released regulatory documents are available on the ARB’s website below for this rulemaking at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2012/verdev2012/verdev2012.htm SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS The proposed 15-day modifications are open for comment until June 13, 2013.
