The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has made a minor change to the Light-Duty Vehicle Electronic Certification (E-Cert) Schema and InfoPath form allowing for alpha numeric characters in the CARB manufacturer code. This change will only impact manufactures with a CARB manufacturer code that contains numeric characters.
