The ARB Document Management System (DMS) experienced some technical difficulties during its recent maintenance and as a result we were only able to restore the system as of 5 pm on December 23, 2013. Unfortunately, files that were submitted after 5 pm on December 23rd – December 30th, 2013 are lost. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. However, we will need for you to please resubmit files submitted during this time and contact your certification engineer. Please check any files you uploaded since that time and if a file is missing, please upload the file again and resubmit to workflow. Contact your certification representative to ensure all necessary files are uploaded back into the system and submitted to workflow.
