OEHHA has rescinded the use of
2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin as a surrogate for assessing
the noncancer impacts for unspeciated polychlorinated biphenyls.
Please refer to the OEHHA memo for more information at
http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/docs/oehhamemo20140205.pdf.

The new HARP Health Database can be downloaded at

with HARP, you must replace your current health database located

The new health database is also available for the HARP On-Ramp.
This health database can be downloaded at
http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/software/onramp/health.mdb. To

typically located at “C:Program FilesCARBHARP On-RampTables”
