On March 13, 2014, the Air Resources Board (ARB) issued a Letter of Intent to modify existing Phase I EVR Executive Orders (EO) VR-401 (OPW) and VR-402 (Morrison Brothers). The next amendment of EOs VR-401 and VR-402 will include Modern Custom Fabrication, Inc.’s SuperVault aboveground storage tank (AST) integral spill container and drain plug as certified Phase I EVR equipment components.
