vapor -- Letter of Intent: Amending Executive Order (EO) VR-301 to Include Specific Pre-EVR Protected Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST)

On April 25, 2014, the Air Resources Board (ARB) issued a Letter of Intent to modify the standing loss control (SLC) enhanced vapor recovery (EVR) systems Executive Order (EO) VR-301 for existing aboveground storage tank (AST) to include specific pre-EVR protected ASTs. As part of the effort to increase the cost effectiveness of EVR, ARB intends to include six pre-EVR certified protected ASTs in the list of protected ASTs that can fulfill SLC requirements without the application of a certified coating system.
