The California Air Resources Board has posted the Second 15-day
Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text for the Minor
Modifications to the Zero Emission Vehicle Regulation.
The second 15-day notice, proposed 15-Day modifications, and all
previously released regulatory documents are available on the
ARB’s website for this rulemaking at
http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2013/zev2013/zev2013.htm
SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS
The proposed 15-day Modifications are open for comment until 5:00
p.m., May 23, 2014.
Written comments will only be accepted on the modifications
identified in this notice and may be submitted by postal mail or
electronic mail submittal as follows:
