The 2012 MRR revisions became effective on January 1, 2014. More information on the Mandatory Reporting Program may be found on the MRR website: http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/reporting/ghg-rep/ghg-rep.htm ARB adopted the Fee Regulation following a public hearing on September 25, 2009. The Fee Regulation became effective on July 17, 2010 and was subsequently amended in 2011 and 2012 to better align it with the Mandatory Reporting Regulation and the Cap-and-Trade Regulation. More information on the Cost of Implementation Fee Program may be found on the Fee Regulation website: http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/adminfee/adminfee.htm Special Accommodation Request: Special accommodation or language needs can be provided for any of the following: An interpreter to be available at the meeting; Documents made available in an alternate format or another language; A disability-related reasonable accommodation.
