arbcombo -- Low Carbon Fuel Standard Regulatory Language and Presentation for July 10, 2014, Workshop Posted: 07 Jul 2014 17:33:17
The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff has posted a handout, “Handout 1: Refinery and Crude Oil,” containing draft regulatory language to be discussed in the July 10, 2014, Lcfs workshop. The second handout, “Handout 2: Reporting Party,” along with the staff presentation for the LCFS workshop will be posted on Tuesday, July 8, 2014. The handouts can be found at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/fuels/lcfs/lcfs_meetings/lcfs_meetings.htm. If you have any questions regarding these handouts, please contact Ms. Katrina Sideco, Air Resources Engineer, Fuels Section at (916) 323-1082 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The LCFS, a regulation to reduce the carbon intensity of fuels sold in California ten percent by 2020, is one of the measures adopted by ARB, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 38500-38599 (AB 32) to reduce California’s greenhouse gas emissions. It is designed to help clean the air, protect the environment, and drive the development of clean, low-carbon fuels. California is in a drought emergency.
