Franklin Fueling Systems (FFS) released on July 31, 2014,
Technical Bulletin TB0714-02, regarding the Healy Model 807
Swivel Breakaway. During field investigations with the California
Air Resources Board (ARB), FFS discovered some instances where
the Healy Model 807 Swivel Breakaway did not perform as intended.
 During normal use, some of these breakaways have separated and
not shut-off as designed, resulting in uncontrolled discharge of
gasoline.  To address potential safety concerns, FFS is
requesting immediate action for those using or distributing the
Healy Model 807 Swivel Breakaway.  Please see the FFS Technical
