Company Name Change for the HUG Mobiclean R Diesel Particulate
Filter System On-Road Verification. 

Hug Filtersystems has changed its name to Hug Engineering, Inc.
for the Mobiclean R diesel particulate filter (DPF) system
on-road verification.  No changes were made to the Mobiclean R
DPF system.  The Mobiclean R system reduces emissions of diesel
particulate matter by at least 85 percent and is designated as a
Level 3 Plus system.  The primary components of the system
include a diesel oxidation catalyst, a catalyzed diesel
particulate filter, and a backpressure monitoring and
notification system.  The Mobiclean R system is compatible with
on-road vehicles using diesel fuel that contains up to 20 percent
biodiesel.  Specific conditions for which the Mobiclean R DPF
system has been approved may be found in the Executive Order
which will be posted within ten days on the Air Resources Board
website at
