The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff has posted the Refinery Investment Provisions PowerPoint presentation for the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) workshop on September 29, 2014. The PowerPoint presentation for indirect land use change will be posted this weekend. It is designed to help clean the air, protect the environment, and drive the development of clean, low-carbon fuels. California is in a drought emergency.
