Proposed amendments regarding non-original equipment manufacturer (OEM)diesel particulate filters (DPF). The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) staff invites you to participate in a public workshop to discuss proposed amendments to the Criteria for the Evaluation of Motor Vehicle Pollution Control Devices, Title 13, California Code of Regulations, Sections 2220-2225 (Aftermarket Parts). These amendments would add a procedure for approving non-original equipment manufacturer (OEM) aftermarket diesel particulate filters (DPF) for on-road heavy-duty diesel engines.
