What's New List Serve Post Display

On December 8, 2014, the Air Resources Board (ARB) staff amended
Executive Orders (EO) VR 201-R (Phase II Assist System without
in-station diagnostics (ISD)) and VR 202 R (Phase II Assist
System with ISD) as follows:. 1.	Added the Franklin Fueling
System (Healy) Model 75 low permeation hoses
2.	Changed the Goodyear name to Veyance for branding of its low
permeation hoses 

At this time, the certification of the low permeation hoses only
applies to new gasoline dispensing facility (GDF) installations
or major modifications of existing GDF installations (check with
your air district on what constitutes a major modification).  ARB
staff is currently assessing the availability and inventory of
hoses to determine when these new requirements should apply to
existing GDFs as well.  ARB staff expects to complete this
assessment by the end of 2014 at which time an approval letter
will be issued specifying when the hoses listed in EOs VR 201 R
and VR 202-R will be required for use at existing GDFs.

EOs VR-201-R and VR-202-R, Modification Highlights, and ARB
Approved Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manual have
