As a reminder, on February 4th, 2015, from 10am-1pm PST California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff plan to have a webinar to provide a forum for responding to any questions related to the 2013 Consumer and Commercial Products Survey (2013 Survey) data upload, upload portal, and other additional survey and reporting tool questions. Registration for the webinar is available here: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/119958100 ARB’s Consumer Products Program is a key part of overall efforts to reduce the amount of smog-forming volatile organic compounds, toxic air contaminants, and greenhouse gasses that are emitted from use of chemically formulated consumer products in California. ARB’s Consumer Products Regulations have resulted in reduced statewide emissions from consumer products by an estimated 50 percent since 1990. ARB’s 2013 Survey is an important step in collecting information on consumer products that are sold or supplied for use in California. The data collected from the 2013 Survey are designed to support the statewide consumer product inventory, speciation profiles used in criteria pollutant modelling, and future rulemakings. If you have any questions about the 2013 Survey or have general questions regarding the Consumer Products Program, please contact David Edwards at (916) 323-4887 or via email at csmrprod@arb.ca.gov. General information about the Consumer Products Program is also available here: http://www.arb.ca.gov/consprod/consprod.htm. California is in a drought emergency.
